The plan contains some policies that apply to identified parts of the town centre that we have referred to as ‘zones’. In developing these policies we consulted with those who own and operate from the business premises that relate to these zones as follows.

Gloucestershire County Council Property Services 3 October 2015. Letters were also sent to Hartwood House, Redwood House and St Bedes on 6 November 2014. A meeting was held with the GCC Property Manager 7 July 2015.
St Rose’s School and the Dominican Sisters 6 November 2014 23 April 2015 9 June 2015 7 July 2015. Responses 12 May 2015 and 25 July 2015 were followed by an NDP reply 4 September 2015. An exchange 13 October 2015 and 16 October 2015 resulted in arrangement of a meeting 26 November 2015.
A comment resident of Meldon Terrace submitted comments on the pre-submission plan.
